At byrondish, we strive to provide Practical dinnerware and tableware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 natural days from the date your order is delivered.

For the holiday season, orders delivered between December 1 and December 24 may be returned until January 31 of the following year.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include the original packaging, labels, and all accessories
  • Show no visible signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Be securely packed for return shipping

Eligible Return Reasons

We accept returns in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after receiving the item (buyer's remorse)
  • The product arrived damaged during shipping
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • You received an incorrect item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly:

  • Used products
  • Products with missing original packaging, labels, or accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Returns requested after the 30-natural-day return period

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

There are no return processing fees, restocking fees, or handling fees for approved returns.

How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support by email with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. If the product is damaged or defective, please include clear photos of the item and its packaging.
  3. After your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
  4. For approved quality-related returns, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping.

Please do not send any items back without receiving return authorization.

Returns sent to any other address, including our factory address, cannot be processed.

Return Processing

After your returned package arrives at our U.S. warehouse, please allow 5–7 natural days for inspection and return processing.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

If you would like a different product for personal reasons, please complete the return process first and place a new order separately.
